The property is located in Selva, a beautiful town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is the ideal starting point to get to know the island since the closest beach, Puerto de Alcudia, is only 23 km away. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and there you can buy local and seasonal products. The closest golf course is Pollensa, located 21 km from the property. The fireplace is decorative.
