This wonderful chalet is located between two of the most beautiful lakes in this lively coastal town, and just 1 km from its shore, which makes it perfect for water lovers. In its gravelled garden, you can relax having breakfast outdoors, chatting surrounded by calm with a glass of wine, or prepare an exquisite barbecue. Then, a hanging hammock under the porch invites the loneliest to enjoy a moment of peace reading a book or listening to some music. The property is fenced and there are neighbors. While the exteriors have a traditional style, the interiors surprise with great modernity and delicacy. Upon entering you find a large living room, with A/C, which opens onto the dining room and kitchen. Here you have a comfortable sofa to lie down and watch TV, listen to your favorite CD or take a nap after a good banquet enjoyed on the sturdy dining table and prepared in the ceramic hob kitchen. The kitchen has direct access to the outside, which makes it very functional. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a bathroom with a shower in the house and three bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a single bed and the other two with two single beds each, although one of the latter has a fan and space to accommodate a cot and a high chair. The rooms do not have A/C, but the hallway where they are distributed does, in order to cool them down. Additionally, there are two radiators. Outside you will also find a toilet. The Puerto de Alcúdia area is special for its great tourist offer, both water sports and nighttime entertainment, shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and much more, and especially in high season. It also has one of the longest and most beautiful beaches on the island, due to its crystal-clear waters and white sand. However, if you feel like visiting small dream coves, you can visit the two coves of Sant Joan or La Victoria, some of sand and the other of rock. If you like golf, the Alcanada Golf is 7.6 km away, and if you like traditional and artisan markets, be sure to visit Alcúdia on Tuesdays and Sundays. Please note that the wood stove cannot be used.
