In the private chlorine pool measuring 9m x 3.5m you will enjoy a pleasant swim whenever you feel like it. It has a depth of 1.65m. The accommodation consists of three double rooms. Two of them are located on the ground floor, with a shared en-suite bathroom but with total privacy, since both bedrooms close independently. One of them has a double bunk bed, ideal for children, and the other has a double bed. The bed under the bunk bed is just a mattress without a box spring. The first floor is all for the master bedroom. When we go up, we find two couches in a space that could easily be used as a second living room, also having a television and a small balcony. If we go towards the front, we will find a double bed and the en-suite bathroom, which have access to a balcony from where you can see the Sa Rá pita Nautical Club and the sea. On the side of the house there is a terrace made of wood, ideal for enjoying a nice evening with friends, preparing a cocktail or whatever you like most. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your lunches and dinners comfortably, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, among other things. Outside you will find 100 m2 of grass, ideal for children to play and run. At the front, a 50 m2 furnished terrace, ideal for spending the afternoon in the fresh air. And in the back, another smaller one with direct access to the kitchen, with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals in comfort. Sa Rà pita is located in a coastal enclave of singular beauty.
