This beautiful mountain estate has exteriors whose surrounding landscape is amazing. There you will find a fenced area where you can sunbathe on 4 sun loungers and which contains a fantastic fully furnished terrace for a good lunch or dinner with family or friends. In addition, they have a barbecue to make toast, available from October 16 to April 30, since from May 1 to October 15, it is prohibited to make fire due to the wooded surroundings. Privacy is total and there are no neighbors nearby, so you will be in absolute calm. The comfortable living room, with a wood stove, is an ideal place to relax after a day full of activities, watching a movie on satellite television or reading a book. The kitchen, open to this space, is gas and perfect for cooking and eating, since it has a rustic wooden table and chairs. A real luxury to take out of the casserole and serve! Additionally, in the same kitchen you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and fan. There is availability for a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby. The bathroom will be great for taking a relaxing shower after a day of adventures around the island. It should be added that the property has solar energy and an alternator. The farm is completely immersed in the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana, which is ideal for lovers of nature and excursions. Nearby are the towns of Biniaraix (5 km) and Fornalutx (6.5 km), which is a short distance although, as it is a mountain road, there are curves, it is somewhat difficult and the arrival time is approximately 20-25 minutes by car. Also, keep in mind that the road to the house is not paved and that a small car is recommended. That said, we invite you to visit these towns, as well as Sóller, Valldemossa or Banyalbufar.
