In this magnificent farm you will get to know what country life on the island is like. It is a combination of calm and a feeling of well-being and disconnection when surrounded by endless fields full of plants and trees, as happens in this house. A great variety of green surrounds all the exteriors of the property so that any corner becomes the perfect place to read a book, play with the little ones in the family or take a walk while breathing in the fresh air. Although, without a doubt, what they will want most is to swim in the pool. It has a size of 9 x 4.5 m, a depth of 1 to 1.8 m, and has an outdoor shower and up to 6 sun loungers around it. After a long bath, you have a large furnished porch and a barbecue at your disposal. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors in the area. Upon entering the house, we find a large room that unites the living room with the dining and kitchen area. Here you can sit down to eat those delicious dishes that you like to prepare the most, in the ceramic hob kitchen, and then take a break on the comfortable sofas while watching satellite television. The laundry room is independent offering a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and an outside toilet for your convenience. Then, they have a third bedroom in the upper part of the house, with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, which is accessed from the exterior stairs adjacent to the façade of the house. All bedrooms offer a wardrobe and a fan. If you are traveling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and high chair upon request. The property is just 3.4 km from Manacor, a welcoming city where you will find everything you may need during your stay. About 19.5 km away you will reach the beautiful Portocristo beach where you can spend a fantastic day at the beach on its fine sand. The most adventurous cannot miss a visit to the mythical Cuevas del Drach, a set of four connected caves that house a large underground lake. Live classical music concerts are offered daily on this lake, and you can cross it by boat after the concert. The golf course is also only 1.1 km away.
