The house has a comfortable porch area where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors. The rooms are distributed along a single floor. The main room is the living room - kitchen - dining room with AC, sat-TV and ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom of the house has a shower. We can prepare a crib and a high chair in case you travel with your baby. Ariany is a town of great charm and Mallorcan character. It offers basic services for an independent stay and is also an excellent starting point to get to know the entire island: the northern beaches such as Can Picafort, 16 km away; the mountains to the west or the capital, Palma, 50 km from the property.
