This renovated villa initially built more than 300 years ago has a special charm. The entire exterior (and even some walls inside the house) are made of living stone and are very well cared for. The farm is located on a 70,000 m2 plot, which also has fruit trees and chickens, so the privacy of the property is total. It has access to 1 salt pool of 50 m2 with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m. Around there are 8 hammocks, so you can relax in the sun, and 1 umbrella for the hottest days. Just in front they also have a covered area where there is 1 sink and several cabinets to organize small snacks by the pool. It also has 1 mobile barbecue to create your best dishes while enjoying the company outdoors. There is 1 large terrace of 700 m2, which is also furnished. The house is just 1.7 km from Búger, a pretty small town, and 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you may need during your stay. The town of Pollença is also relatively close. It is a beautiful town that is worth visiting, there you can enjoy its cobblestone streets and all the little shops in the area; You can go up to Calvari, an old church in the upper part of the town, from where you can enjoy spectacular views. Just a 20-minute drive takes you to the beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort, where you can spend the day on a fine sandy beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat paella which have incredible views. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is very lively and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend that you go to the area of ​​Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters.
