The sunny terrace is the perfect setting to enjoy a refreshing dip in the chlorine pool while contemplating an amazing landscape. The mountains and green fields will amaze all your senses. The pool, measuring 8 m x 4 m and 0.4 to 1.5 m deep, is surrounded by well-kept grass and a beautiful Majorcan stone on which you can place four hammocks and lie down in the sun. Behind this space, a small, absolutely charming porch begs you to sit down and have an orange juice. The upper terrace is a privileged corner for reading or chatting after a delicious family barbecue. The house has three floors. Upon entering through the street, you find a large living room with satellite television. This opens through a large Mallorcan-style arch towards the kitchen-dining room, equipped with a ceramic hob, industrial appliances, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Then they have a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, you find floor 1 with three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and AC, one of them with two single beds and the rest with a double bed. Of course they have a cot and a high chair if needed, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the -1 floor, where the pool is located, they have a games room and a dining space with a refrigerator and a sink, which give the feeling of being in some beautiful small caves. Búger is a small and very cozy town, located about 15 km from the Port of Alcúdia, where you can find the beach and an area with all kinds of services such as restaurants on the seafront, bars, ice cream parlors, shops and much more. It is the perfect place to enjoy a day among crystal clear waters and fine sand. However, in Búger they also have the necessary basic services. As for sports lovers, on the beaches in this area they can practice water sports or visit the Alcanada golf club. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
