The wonderful chlorine pool of this villa, surrounded by grass and mountains, becomes the perfect place to disconnect from everything and cool off on hot days. With a size of 9 x 4 m and a depth of between 0.9 and 2.2 m, it offers up to 6 sun loungers around it to soak up the sun before preparing a good barbecue. You can taste it under the porch or on the grass on the table on the grass on the other side of the house. The porch is also perfect for relaxing with a good glass of wine after a long game of tennis, and they even have a court at your disposal! There is an outdoor shower for your added convenience. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. Inside this rustic one-story house, we find a spacious living-dining room, with air conditioning and fireplace, ideal for watching satellite television for a while or taking a nap. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For your rest there are four bedrooms, all with wardrobes. Caimari is a cozy and quiet town located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, perfect for lovers of small, familiar places where there is only a small grocery store and the typical bar and restaurant in the town. From here they have many routes for hiking or cycling in the mountains. The closest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, about 31 km away, but you can also explore the Sierra to unrivaled coves such as Cala Tuent or Sa Calobra, true paradises!
