The exterior of the house is very beautiful, highlighting a 9 x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m accompanied by 10 sun loungers, 1 fully equipped terrace with table and chairs, and a magnificent barbecue. If what you want is to have a drink with views of the town and the mountains, there is another furnished terrace on the 1st floor. The property is fenced and there are close neighbors The 2-story house features a modern style dotted with wonderful traditional details here and there. The living-dining room is very cozy and cozy and offers a sofa, Smart TV, and air conditioning. The house has another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a TV (without TV-Sat). The kitchen, with a ceramic hob and separated from the living-dining room by a glass, is fully equipped. In the inner courtyard area you will find the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To rest, the house has 5 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 4 with two single beds, all of them equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, except one that has a bathtub, and air conditioning. Two of the rooms are on the main floor, and the rest on the first floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Finally, a crib and a high chair are available if you are traveling with your baby. The center of Llubà is located 150 meters away, and constitutes one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, also offering the basic services for an independent stay. Just a 20-minute drive away you can reach Can Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with their soft white sand beaches and crystal-clear, shallow waters, ideal for children. You can also go to the mountains and get lost along the incredible routes for excursions on foot or by bicycle in the Sierra de Tramuntana. The stone building next to the house is closed.
