The independent kitchen, with its dining area, is very well equipped: toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, dishwasher, gas stove, cutlery, kitchen accessories and refrigerator. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is space to park 5 cars in front of the house, but it is not covered. If you like the beach, in just 15 minutes by car you will reach the fine sand beach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, ideal places to spend a day at the beach with the family or enjoy a cocktail with your partner. The Ca’n Picafort promenade has a wide variety of bars and shops and is always very lively. If you are looking for tranquility, we recommend going to Playa de Muro. This area famous for its protected dune system and crystal clear waters. It is also worth going to Alcúdia or Pollença and enjoying the multitude of coves there are. Sa Pobla, the closest town, has several supermarkets, a health center, restaurants and bars. It is only 8 km from the house. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
