The exteriors of this Mallorcan house are charming and very spacious, they have a fantastic chlorine pool measuring 11 x 5m, and 1.40 to 2.00m deep, with an outdoor shower, and surrounded by a large grass area where you can sunbathe or play with the little ones in the family. For them, it is possible to install a protective fence around the pool if they wish. To enjoy unforgettable evenings accompanied by your loved ones, an exquisite dinner and a glass of wine perhaps, they have two fully furnished porches, one unique next to the pool and another equipped with a rustic barbecue and a built-in wood oven. The house has two floors with large rooms and decorated in a very simple and functional way. In total, they have five bedrooms with wardrobes and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a living room open to the dining room, ideal for watching a movie or the series you like most on satellite television, and a kitchen equipped with gas and all the essential utensils.
