After a long day at the beach, take a dip in this fantastic shared chlorine pool. It measures 14 x 9 meters and its depth ranges from 1.4 to 1.95 meters. It also includes a swimming pool for the little ones whose measurements are 5 x 3 meters and has a depth of 0.45 meters. Once in the apartment you can enjoy the summer weather on the charming furnished terrace that includes an awning and clear views of the town. The 46 m2 apartment is located on the eighth floor of a building with an elevator. From the terrace we access the bright and comfortable living room on whose sofa we will rest for a while while watching TV. Next to it is the dining area with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is independent, includes a ceramic hob, and the basic utensils for cooking during the holidays. The only bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe, while for our third guest, we will prepare the sofa bed in the living room. The house is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. In the apartment you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment is located near the fishing port of GandÃa called Grau de GandÃa, which makes it ideal all year round to come and enjoy our mild Mediterranean climate, be able to stroll along our promenade, sunbathe on the extensive fine sand beach awarded with the blue flag and the distinctive Q for quality or delight in the products of our coast that you can buy fresh from the sea in the port fishmongers.
