The house consists of two apartments, but only the ground floor is rented, since the first floor is uninhabited and closed. The chlorine pool, measuring 6m x 3m and with a depth between 1.4m x 1.6m, is at the sole disposal of our guests. A hammock, a mobile barbecue and an outdoor shower complete the equipment. The terrace is an ideal place to celebrate a romantic dinner for two. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. The single-story house has a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool. The modern living room-dining room-kitchen with air conditioning invites you to spend a relaxing afternoon, perhaps reading a good book or watching a movie on Canal +. If you like to cook, you will find everything you need in the kitchen, including an induction hob. Sa Pobla is in the north of Mallorca and by car you can reach many places of interest. The town itself has retained its special charm and the main square is a meeting place for tourists and locals. There you will find good restaurants serving typical food. In January the Sant Antoni Festival takes place and there are parades and bonfires. In about 15 minutes driving you reach the northern coast and dream beaches such as the quiet Playa de Muro, the lively promenade of Can Picafort or the fine sand beach of Alcúdia.
