The kitchen is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. On this floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and two en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub and hydromassage shower. A toilet serves this floor. Via the stairs you will access the first lower floor, where you will find a second room with Smart TV and a gas kitchen open to the dining room, fully equipped, with fireplace and access to a terrace.
