This villa is wonderful, it has a wide variety of areas where you can spend pleasant family moments in total privacy. You can prepare exquisite barbecues or delicious pizzas in the wood-burning oven, and enjoy them all together on the porch or terrace next to the green garden. For your convenience, they have a small and basic outdoor kitchen with a sink and plenty of storage. Next to the porch, up some steps and secured by a railing, you will find a beautiful chlorine pool measuring 8 x 5 m and 2 m deep, ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers. The atmosphere of the house is very cozy and has rustic details that make the difference. It has two floors and very spacious rooms. On the ground floor, they have a kitchen with access to the outside, equipped with a ceramic hob, everything you need to cook and a space to have a snack. There is also a study or work area if you need it, a bathroom with a bathtub and a beautiful dining room for more than 6 people, which gives access to the upper floor. Here you will find a comfortable living-dining room, with air conditioning, to watch satellite TV quietly, connected to a huge furnished terrace so you can contemplate the views accompanied by a cocktail. Three bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower complete this floor. There is 1 cot, 1 high chair, 2 fans and central heating. This heating system works through the wood stove in the dining room which, through a circuit, heats the house's radiators. The farm is located near the road that connects Inca with Muro, so you can quickly reach LlubÃ, Inca or Muro. The closest town is LlubÃ, very quiet and inhabited by especially local people, with all possible services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars and restaurants. In Muro, Sunday is market day, so it is worth stopping by for a walk and to buy some local products. Inca is already a livelier small city where you will find all kinds of shops and its famous market is also held every Thursday. The streets are filled with life, with stalls with all kinds of crafts and, at midday, you could taste delicious Mallorcan food in the legendary cellers. If you like the beach, Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia are only 20 minutes away by car, where you can have a paella for example by the sea and bathe in its crystal clear waters.
