The Mallorcan architectural style house is located in a very quiet rural environment, surrounded by olive trees. The exteriors are dreamlike and, of course, very pleasant. They have a unique chlorine pool measuring 8x6m and 0.20 to 1.80m deep, and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool, a charming chill-out area and a porch where you can enjoy unparalleled evenings accompanied by a delicious barbecue. The two-story house has very spacious and bright common areas, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a fourth bathroom for common use. On the ground floor, an inimitable living room with satellite television and air conditioning, and a wonderful gas kitchen open to the dining room. A bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a second bathroom on the ground floor with shower. On the upper floor they have two bedrooms, one of them with a wardrobe, and both with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to a fabulous furnished porch, where you can relax and marvel at the views of the countryside and the mountains. Another terrace ideal for having a refreshing drink in complete tranquility. A cot and high chair are available on request. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. They have up to three fans for summer and oil central heating in winter. The Porto Cristo area offers easy and quick communication with some beautiful coves such as Cales de Mallorca, Estany den Mas or Cala Mandia. We recommend visiting the Cuevas dels Hams and, for the more daring, take a boat trip in the Levante area. Porto Cristo is also known for its great tourist offer in terms of entertainment and gastronomy, you can rent bicycles, have fun at night and taste traditional island delicacies. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
