This farm becomes a dream place for lovers of nature and tranquility, since the country and mountain landscape that surrounds it is amazing. In front of a spectacular stone construction there is a private salt pool - 8 x 4 m and 0.7 to 1.9 m deep -, perfect for cooling off after sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, around or on the grass. Afterwards, they can take an outdoor shower to rinse off and enjoy the porches and terraces, along with a glass of wine or a good barbecue. Inside you are greeted by a spacious kitchen-dining room with a seating area, where you can prepare delicious dishes on the gas stove, eat together and sit and chat on the sofa. Next to the dining room there is a room with two single beds and a wardrobe. And a bathroom with shower completes this floor. Upstairs they have a second kitchen-dining room, open to the main living room, where you can relax watching TV-SAT. This kitchen is also equipped with a ceramic hob. Here they have three more rooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and terrace, another with two single beds, and the last one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and wardrobe. Another bathroom with shower serves this floor. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The villa is located just 900 meters from the town of Caimari, a small, authentic Majorcan town at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, where they have the necessary basic services such as bars, restaurants and a small "botiga" to buy food. From here there are stunning routes on foot, by car or by bike to discover. The closest beach is Playa de Muro at 23.2 km. The wood stove cannot be used.
