Finally, the house has underfloor heating and fans. This house is located in Andratx, a beautiful Mallorcan town located very close to the Sierra de Tramuntana. Thus, it has great appeal due to its impressive natural landscape, beaches and coves, as well as its historical and cultural heritage. In its historic center you can visit, among other points of interest, the Son Mas castle or the Santa María church. Another main attraction is its marina, from where you can enjoy impressive views of the port and the boats that are docked there. Additionally, the port has many restaurants, bars and shops, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the nightlife.
