This town house has several corners where you can disconnect and enjoy the summer outside. On the terrace you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or contemplate the starry sky. Next to the house, the porch where you can prepare delicious meats and vegetables on the barbecue, or have a vermouth before eating. On the first floor you will also find terraces and porches where you can enjoy the summer weather. The house has direct neighbors since it is located within the town. The interior, although rustic, is very well maintained and is spacious and bright and is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we find the living room and dining room that are in the same room. You can rest in one of the armchairs or watch television. The dining table is for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and gas, with everything you need to cook on vacation. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs we find the two bedrooms. The first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. Both have a closet. There is a second bathroom on the first floor with a shower. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This beautiful town house is located in the urban center of Porreres, with very easy access to all commercial and public services. Porreres has a lot of gastronomic and wine variety and easy access to the beaches and coves of the south of Mallorca, such as Ses Covetes, just 22 km away.
