The interior of the house has a very special patio that includes a spectacular private chlorine pool that measures 6 x 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.3 to 1.4 meters. On one side of the patio we find the fabulous barbecue area, also equipped with a dining table and some old pikes, in addition to the sliding glass doors to also enjoy the good weather. Outside you will also find a bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the patio we find the house itself. It is a large town house with neighbors on each side, with 120 m2 distributed over three floors where traditional architectural elements such as stone walls and the traditional Mallorcan arch are mixed with modern-day comforts. Upon entering from the street we find a large living room-dining room-kitchen where you can share great moments with your loved ones. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs where you can watch satellite television, if you want next to the wood stove on the coldest days, the dining table with capacity for 6 people, and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven and microwave among others. In the house you will also find a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the basement you will find a second room where you can relax or read a book in privacy. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and have air conditioning. The first bedroom has two double beds and the others have a double bed each. If you are traveling with a baby, we can put a crib and a high chair at your disposal. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the first floor. Campanet is a wonderful town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. The town has the basic services for an independent stay, as well as bars and restaurants and a great social life among the locals. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, a market is held in the streets of the town where you can buy local seasonal products. It is also the starting point of several routes for lovers of hiking and cycling. Very close is the city of Inca, where you can find supermarkets, shops and everything you need. Muro beach is only 17.8 km away, and it is a beach with fine sand and crystal clear waters that will transport you to another world.
