The property is located within the town and has direct neighbors. The interior of the house, which consists of two floors, has a classic and cozy style. The living room offers satellite TV and is linked to the dining area through the traditional Mallorcan arch. The independent style kitchen has a ceramic hob and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and also has access to the backyard. On this floor you will also find a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find a place to rest in its two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, radiator, AC, and TV. The other room consists of two single beds, wardrobe, AC, radiator and fan. A final bathroom, in this case with a bathtub, completes the first floor.
