The apartment is located on the ground floor of an urbanization a few meters from the sea. Outside you will find a large shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 15m x 7m and a depth range between 1.1m and 2.2m, which will be ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. The little ones will also be able to play quietly, as there is a 0.6m deep children's pool. Please note that privacy is partial, as there are neighbors nearby. Inside you will find all the comforts you can imagine. The beautiful dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV will be the perfect place to rest and relax. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. At bedtime they have three double bedrooms, two of them with TV. A bathroom with shower completes the room. If you wish, you can use the fans, the radiator, the washing machine, the iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The Denia marina is one of the most important on the Costa Blanca and has a large number of restaurants and shops, making it an ideal place to enjoy a walk by the sea. For hiking lovers, we recommend visiting the Montó Natural Park, where you can enjoy the outdoors and nature. The swimming pool is open all year round.
