The rural atmosphere of this farm is ideal if you love the countryside and tranquility. Beautiful grounds surround a beautiful stone construction and a beautiful private chlorine pool, measuring 7 x 4 m and 1.5 to 1.7 m deep. Enjoy cooling off in it after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers. Afterwards, you can prepare a delicious meal under the covered terrace and spend the afternoon chatting on the sofa on the porch. The plot is not fenced. The house offers 2 levels. Upon entering you have a comfortable living room, with TV-SAT and DVD, open to the dining room. Next is the Mallorcan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Please note that the wood oven and fireplace cannot be used. Then there are two bedrooms, with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub that complete this floor. Upstairs they have another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. All rooms have a wardrobe. There are 4 fans, 2 radiators, 1 cot and 1 high chair available. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The farm is located 6.6 km from the center of Porreres, an authentic town where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Its gastronomic and wine variety, in fact, is fantastic. It is also close to the most beautiful beaches and coves in the south such as Sa Rí pita, 18.5 km away, Ses Covetes or Es Trenc. There is a booth next to the house that remains closed.
