The property has a beautiful salt pool measuring 10x4m and 0.80 to 1.80m deep, where you can take a refreshing dip, sunbathe on the six sun loungers and, at night, spend a pleasant evening with your family having dinner next to it. They have at their disposal a fantastic barbecue area with a gas stove, two ovens and a wood stove. The garden is surrounded by fruit trees including lemon and orange trees. The two-story house retains its Mallorcan style thanks to its stone walls and robust wooden beams. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with a wood stove and satellite television. The kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, becomes a very special corner, as it is separated from this room by a small arch that makes it more accessible and useful. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. They find two bedrooms, both with two single beds and one of them with a fan, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, in addition to a third bathroom with shower that serves this floor. On the upper floor there is a third bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, a sleeping area, air conditioning with heat pump, and an en-suite toilet. If you are staying with a baby, we will prepare a crib and a high chair for you. Up to five radiators complete the equipment. A few minutes walk takes you to the center of Sineu, a small and charming town. In the restaurants, especially in the so-called cellers, you can try our homemade food and our Mallorcan wines. On Wednesdays you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables at the traditional market. In the surrounding area, you can take excursions on foot or by bicycle through the wheat fields. Surrounding this town, there are others with a lot of charm worth visiting, such as Maria de la Salut, Lloret de Vista Alegre or LlubÃ, among others. Regarding the beaches, in less than 30 minutes driving you will reach the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Ca'n Picafort or Puerto de Pollença, ideal for families since the sand is white and fine, the waves are moderate and the shore extends about 100 meters into the sea.
