The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the large garden you will find a chlorine pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in an urbanization, there are neighbors near the house. The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with AC and TV-Sat, will be perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the main floor you will find three bedrooms, all of them with AC. Two have two single beds, while the third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another independent bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with AC, two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair. The urbanization where the house is located is called Crestatx/Son Toni, and it is only 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you may need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The town of Pollença is also close by, just 10.6 km away. It is a beautiful town that is worth visiting to enjoy its cobblestone streets and wonderful views of the mountains. Just a 20-minute drive away you can also reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort, where there are fantastic beaches with fine white sand and crystal clear waters, good restaurants and a fantastic promenade.
