This wonderful town house offers a refreshing private saltwater pool at its rear from which you can admire views of the surrounding fields. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.90 meters. The exteriors also include an area with sun loungers and a porch under which you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is located within the town and has direct neighbors. The two-story house has a classic and cozy style. The living room offers satellite TV and is linked to the dining area through the traditional Mallorcan arch. The kitchen is independent, has a ceramic hob and has access to the backyard. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Our guests have 4 air-conditioned bedrooms in which to rest. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor that has a double bed. The other three are on the first floor, two of them with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Another bathroom, in this case with a bathtub, completes the first floor. We can also provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby and the house has oil central heating for the colder months, The town of Santa Margalida is a place where you can rest and disconnect from daily life. They will have at hand the necessary services for an independent stay and in addition the beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro are just 15 minutes away by car.
