It is a 220 m2 house with 2 floors, and is perfect for vacations with family or friends. Start the day with a good breakfast on the terrace enjoying spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace measures 35 m2 and has 200m2 of grass. It is equipped with a table, six chairs and 6 hammocks to relax in the sun after a refreshing dip on the quiet pebble beach of Alcanada just 5 meters from the garden. There is also a barbecue so you can organize outdoor dinners. There are three kayaks available free of charge. The house is in a residential area therefore, it has direct neighbors. The house is very well decorated. The living room, equipped with AC, is very bright and is the perfect place to relax reading a book, watching satellite TV or simply enjoying the views. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and all necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The attached dining area has a table and chairs for 7 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, all with double beds and fans at your disposal. Alcanada is a very quiet area and mostly inhabited by local people. You will have the privilege of seeing the beautiful Alcanada beach from the terrace and garden. On the islet in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, there is a lighthouse that gives a special character to the beach. Right next door is one of the best golf courses on the island, the Alcanada Golf Club. In the urbanization there are some good restaurants and two small supermarkets. In the area there are many beaches and coves, most of which are located in natural areas, with little or no urbanization. The most relevant: Cala de Sant Pere, Cala de Sant Joan, Platja des Morer Vermell, Platja de la Victòria or Es Coll Baix. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
