This fantastic house is located within the urban environment of Porto Cristo, although in a quiet area. Its exteriors are wonderful, starting with a large private salt pool - measuring 11 x 5 m and 1.1 to 2.2 m deep -, surrounded by grass and decking with 8 hammocks for sunbathing and continuing through its porch and terraces where you can prepare delicious barbecues and spend a great evening. Inside, they find an elegant living-dining room, where they can watch TV-SAT, a DVD, listen to music and eat together. Sliding doors lead to the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, a space with stools and a table with chairs to have breakfast or snacks while cooking. The laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. There are also 4 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and 1 with a shower that are en-suite, and 2 more with a shower, 1 serving the entire house and the last one on floor -1 where the garage is. A crib and a high chair, as well as air conditioning, ceiling fans and underfloor heating in all rooms, complete the home. Porto Cristo is a beautiful residential area with countless beaches around, as well as restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds. Undoubtedly you cannot miss a visit to the rock cove of Cala Murta, 150 m away, or to the impressive "Cuevas del Drach", 650 m away. Electricity is paid separately if consumption exceeds 25 kw/day. If not, it is included in the price. They have a charger for electric cars on the property. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
