The exterior of the property is perfect to take advantage of the warm southern climate. You will find a communal chlorine pool measuring 35 meters long by 21 meters wide and a depth that varies between 1.20m and 1.90m and you can relax sunbathing on the grass area or cool off by taking a freshwater shower outside. Keep in mind that as it is an urbanization, it has direct neighbors. Once inside you will find a terrace where you can enjoy long talks with your companions. The living-dining room has a Smart TV and some books so you can entertain yourself. The independent ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping, they have two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with fans.
