This apartment is ideal for spending a very pleasant vacation. The complex has a wonderful community chlorine pool - 10 x 5.5 m and 0.5 to 2 m deep -, surrounded by a green grass area for sunbathing or playing calmly with the children, if they travel with them. In addition, the beach is only 340 meters away, so you can access it quickly on foot. So, you can enjoy some wonderful days at the beach and pool and, every day, when you return, relax on the private terrace of the apartment with views of the community garden and pool. Inside the apartment, located on the ground floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable living-dining room, where you can eat together and relax watching TV on the sofa. The independent kitchen offers a ceramic hob. There are 2 bedrooms with two single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace. There is a second bathroom also with a bathtub. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair. For the fifth guest we will prepare the sofa bed in the living room. There is gas heating in the accommodation. Canyamel is a beautiful residential area, belonging to Capdepera, with one of the best beaches in the area and all the necessary services accessible such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Just 2.5 km away is the local golf course, as well as the well-known Cuevas de Artá ​​and the beautiful Canyamel tower. Pool available all year round from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. From 11:00 p.m. its use is allowed without making noise. The fireplace in the living room cannot be used.
