The house is located on the second floor without an elevator and has a small terrace with views of the urbanization. The apartment consists of a living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and basic utensils, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A kettle is available upon request. Here you choose between four bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Three of the bedrooms have a wardrobe and one has space to prepare a cot and a high chair. Miramar beach is generally very quiet and has a family atmosphere. Furthermore, the area offers very good conditions for surfing. In the surrounding area there are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Nearby there are more sandy beaches such as Piles, Daimús, Oliva and Gandia.
