This wonderful country house offers perfect exteriors to spend most of your time in. The private salt pool - measuring 9 x 4 m and 1.3 to 1.7 m deep - ensures a pleasant and refreshing bath. Next to it, 8 sun loungers invite you to sunbathe or read under the reed pergola. And, to top off a busy morning or a big day, they have a large terrace with barbecue and furniture for eating, as well as an upper terrace with unparalleled views. The house has two floors. On the upper floor they have the common rooms. They find a spacious living-dining room, with A/C and TV-SAT. From the dining area you access the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry room, with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is located right here. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom also with a shower. On the ground floor they have the third bathroom of the house, with a separate shower and bathtub, and three more bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed. All bedrooms have AC except one, the coolest, which has a fan. A cot and high chair are available, as well as gas central heating throughout the accommodation. The property is located 4 km from Son Servera, a town near the coast, where you will find bars, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is Platja de Sa Marjal, just 5 km away.
