The apartment is simple but comfortable and is on the second floor without an elevator. Before going to the beach, you can start the day with a delicious breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the sea breeze that comes from the Mediterranean. A practical awning offers protection from the sun during the hottest days. The apartment has a living-dining room, with TV and air conditioning; a simple kitchen with a gas hob; and a laundry room with washing machine, iron/ironing board. In addition, there are two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. If you travel with your baby, we prepare a crib and a high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. As for equipment, there is an air conditioning unit at the entrance. A more lively atmosphere will be found in Playa de Gandia, 5 km away. The old town of Gandia with its Ducal Palace is worth a visit.
