The house is fenced and privacy is total as there are no neighbors nearby. Inside this two-story house, you will find a fantastic and bright dining room equipped with a fireplace, AC, Smart TV and satellite television where you can all meet together. The kitchen, open to the living room, is gas-fired and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you can choose any of the three bedrooms with heating and AC available. One of them, located on the ground floor, offers a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other two, located on the upper floor, have one double bed and the other two single beds. Two bathrooms serve the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
