Here you can even take some pleasant walks after having breakfast on any of its fantastic furnished porches or after a good barbecue. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors in the area but they do not interfere with your privacy. The interiors of this two-story house maintain a careful and conservative style. Finally, you will surely be pleased to know that there are several televisions in the house, all with satellite. Porto Colom is a charming town that still preserves its oldest side and its old fishing port. On the other side of the port, the area is more modern, offering much more movement, entertainment and services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Being a coastal town, it also has a great diversity of sandy beaches and coves very close, Cala Murada being the closest, 6 km away. If you like sports like golf, just 3.6 km away you have the Vall d'Or course, in s'Horta. The use of air conditioning is included in the price for 12 continuous hours daily. The schedule is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., although it may vary at the discretion of our guests. If you wish to use it all day, an additional fee must be paid.
