After a day of exploring the island, you can cool off in the fantastic saltwater pool that measures 10 x 3 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1.20 and 1.60 meters. You can sunbathe on the surrounding loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue or a drink at sunset on the different terraces around the house. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The 2-storey house retains the traditional character of yesteryear and has been decorated with exquisite taste and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. On the ground floor you will find the living room equipped with AC and TV-sat, the beautiful dining room, the independent kitchen with gas stove, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds. On the first floor there are the other 4 bedrooms, all with AC. They are equipped with 2 single beds each except one that has a trundle bed, and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with shower on this floor. The house is equipped with oil central heating for the winter months, as well as a cot and high chair in case your baby travels. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is located in a bucolic setting in the middle of the fields on the outskirts of Sant Joan. The town offers the basic services for an independent stay. Its central location allows quick access to the various corners of the island. The closest beach is Muro Beach, about 24 km away, a golden sandy area several kilometers long and soaked in turquoise waters. The dining room hearth is decorative.
