The apartment has 2 bathrooms that serve the entire house, 1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub. The living-dining room is very cozy, it has 1 sofa, 1 TV, 1 table with chairs, and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Located in a central area, very close to L´Ampolla Beach, one of the best-known and exclusive in the area, it is a sandy beach, not very extensive but not usually overcrowded either. In this area we will also enjoy a multitude of bars, restaurants, shops and much more. On this beach you can do various activities, "snorkeling", scuba diving, fishing on the rocks and much more. The property is located next to the Moraira castle (although it is rather just a tower of the castle). Just 2km away is the Portitxolet cove, one of the best known in the area, and very good for enjoying the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean.
