The exteriors of this picturesque house are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by a beautiful garden area, you will find a private chlorine pool measuring 10 m x 5 m and a depth ranging between 1.10 m and 2.10 m. Around it there are sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, a porch, barbecue and several corners where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The interior of the two-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a small room and a gas stove with all the necessary utensils to cook your favorite dishes, which you can enjoy at the table there or in the separate dining room. On this same floor there is a double bedroom with AC, heating and access to the garden, a separate bathroom with shower and a toilet. Through a staircase you access the upper floor, where a second room with AC and Smart TV and the rest of the bedrooms are located, all of them with a double bed, AC and heating. In addition, two of them have an en-suite bathroom, one with a hydromassage shower and the other with a normal shower and dressing room.
