Enjoy a Mallorcan summer in this cozy country estate located in the countryside and with views of the mountains that will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. On its wonderful terrace, surrounded by fruit trees, you can relax sunbathing on the 4 available sun loungers or have a drink in the outdoor dining area with your loved ones. The house is independent but has neighbors nearby, so privacy is partial. The property is distributed over two floors. From the terrace we access a fantastic living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and a wood stove, where you can share unique moments. On this same floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and which also has another dining area that completes the room. A full bathroom with shower serves this floor. When it comes to sleeping, on the ground floor they have a bedroom with a double bed, AC and TV. Using the stairs, you will access the upper floor where there is another bedroom with exterior views that is designed to offer you the rest you deserve and that also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. They have a fan and radiator at their disposal if they need them. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can also provide you with a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby. Felanitx is a town located in Mallorca that offers great activity all year round. It is an area well known for its wine production and not very touristy, which makes it perfect to delve into Mallorcan culture and experience it more closely. We recommend exploring some of its hiking routes and if what you like is the beach, go to Cala d'Or, which is located just 10 km away. Please note that AC is only available from 9pm to 9am.
