The single-story house is surrounded by trees and has wonderful views of the countryside. On the front porch you can enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones or have an afternoon coffee. The private chlorine pool with a size of 8m x 4m and a depth of between 1.4m to 1.7m is ideal for a refreshing dip. Upstairs, the terrace not only offers unobstructed views, but also four sun loungers for sunbathing. On clear days you can even see the Bay of Alcúdia! The plot is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy as there are no neighbors next door. The porch gives access to the living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite television. The open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms have two single beds each, air conditioning and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house.
