The property is located on the outskirts of the center of Palma, surrounded by fantastic and quiet urbanizations, and very close to the highway that connects with any point on the island. Also just 800 meters away there is a bus stop for your convenience. As for shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., you are certainly in the perfect place since the big city puts at your disposal an infinite variety of all these services. If you are passionate about long walks, visits, culture and excursions, let yourself be carried away by the cobblestone streets of the center with its ornate patios, its legendary cafes, its churches and ancient buildings and, of course, the unique and majestic cathedral of La Seu.
