In addition, surrounding the house they have a nice corner, with artificial grass, that invites you to relax on the two sun loungers, either reading something or having a coffee or a glass of wine after this delicious banquet. The house has a spacious living-dining room, with a style and a perfect combination of colors that give our guests a feeling of warmth and peace. This room, equipped with air conditioning, is perfect for eating indoors and sitting down to chat or watch TV-SAT. The kitchen, with a careful traditional style, offers a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning, and the other two with two single beds and a fan. Two of them have a closet. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair available. Finally, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, complete the home. The location of this house is privileged if you long for a vacation by the sea. The closest beach, Playa de Muro, is just 230 meters away. In addition, the area is perfect for accessing any type of service on foot: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. The Alcanada golf course is just 10 km away, and the port of Puerto de Alcúdia just 8.4 km away.
