The house has a comfortable kitchen-living-dining room where you can spend time together because, at the same time, you can cook on the gas hob, prepare a table or an aperitif, and even watch satellite TV. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with two single beds each, wardrobe and ceiling fan. One of them offers an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are two more bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a hot tub. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available. The farm is located just 1 km from the center of Capdepera. This way you will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and quick access to any service such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. We recommend a visit to the Castell de Capdepera.
