At the back of the house you will find the wonderful chlorine pool that measures 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the summer weather. From this area we access the incredible furnished porch that includes an area to eat or dine outdoors and enjoy a tasty barbecue, and also a rest area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink in the afternoon before going out for a walk. The plot is fenced, has direct neighbors and privacy is partial. The house has 400 m2 and is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we find the comfortable and bright living-dining room that includes two sofas where you can watch TV or relax while listening to a music CD. The dining table can accommodate 6 people and from that area we have access to the back porch. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is also very spacious, includes an office area for 4 people and is fully equipped. It also has access to the back porch. Both rooms are decorated with radiators on cold days. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. The four bedrooms, which have air conditioning, are located on the upper floor, which has a nice porch with small corners in which to relax. The first bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Of the other three, two have 2 single beds and the last one has a double bed, and all three have a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms with two single beds also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is a third bathroom with a shower on this floor to serve the other two bedrooms. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. In the house you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. This house is located very close to a unique place such as Cala Pi beach. It is a small beach with fine sand and dreamy turquoise blue waters. There are some local food restaurants in the surrounding area. You can visit the nearby 17th century watchtower or take a long walk to Cap Blanc, a long route that will reward us with views from the cliffs, and visits to the beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rápita.
