Outside, the villa has a private chlorine pool measuring 8x4 meters and a depth of 1.3 to 1.9 meters that is located in the center of the garden, surrounded by grass and a paved surface where the barbecue area is located where you can enjoy a good dinner at the table on the porch after a day of sightseeing. Privacy is partial thanks to fencing that surrounds the property, while a welcoming porch offers a shaded, furnished retreat for relaxing outdoors. The distribution of the villa is on one floor, where the interior has a bright living-dining room equipped with a cozy fireplace and a Smart TV. It has a gas kitchen fully equipped with the necessary utensils for the comfort of the stay. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime we will find a bedroom with two single beds, a closet and a fan. The second and third bedrooms have two double beds, wardrobe and fan and one of them also has a TV. The fourth and last bedroom has two single beds and a trundle bed with capacity for one person. It also has two bathrooms with a shower and an additional toilet outside the villa.
