The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The interior of the property, decorated in a modern and elegant way and with two floors, is designed and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor there is a large dining room, equipped with Smart TV and AC and open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In addition, there is a second room with a large sofa and Smart TV that will be ideal to extend your evenings enjoying a good movie. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds pushed together and AC, as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor are the other four bedrooms, all of them with AC and two single beds pushed together. A separate bathroom with shower serves this floor.
