The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Without a doubt, the protagonist will be the private chlorine pool, which has dimensions of 9 x 4 m and a depth range of between 0.4 and 1.5 m and will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Around you you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and several furnished areas where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. In addition, there are various areas in which to practice sports such as ping pong, soccer or volleyball. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The interior of the two-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a cozy dining room with Smart TV and satellite channels, a kitchen with a gas stove and the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, a bedroom with a fan and two single beds and, finally, a bathroom with a shower. Through a staircase you will access the upper floor, where there are three more bedrooms, all with a fan. Two of them have a double bed, while the last one has two single beds. In addition, two also have access to a large terrace with views of the countryside. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. This wonderful villa is located very close to Petra, a charming inland town characterized by its quiet atmosphere and rural beauty. We encourage you to discover the center while taking a walk through its cobbled streets and enjoying the traditional Mallorcan architecture. The main square, known as Plaça de la Quartera, is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink at one of the local restaurants, while delighting in the delicious cuisine of the area. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, Muro beach is the closest to your accommodation. This extensive white sandy beach with crystal-clear waters is known for its relaxed atmosphere and the shallow depth of its waters, which makes it the ideal place for families. Please note that the fireplace in the living room is decorative and cannot be used. On the neighboring farm there are some farm animals, such as goats or horses.
