The exterior of the villa is ideal to enjoy the southern climate with your friends or family. There you will find a private chlorine pool measuring 7.45 x 4.5 meters and a depth that ranges between 1.20m and 1.80m. You can relax sunbathing on your loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue and eat quietly on the porch with your companions. The interior is distributed on a single floor and upon entering you will find the living room open to the kitchen. It is equipped with TV and AC and the ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils so you can cook as if you were at home. It has a bar with four stools to enjoy the delicious dishes. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime they have two bedrooms with double beds. A bathroom with shower completes your stay.
