Outside you will find cozy corners such as the wonderful chlorine pool where you can cool off on hot days. Fenced, for greater security if staying with children, it has dimensions of 6 x 4 m and a depth that goes from 1 m to 2 m. Next to it, you can sunbathe on one of the four sun loungers or relax under the parasol while reading something interesting or listening to some music. If you then need to cool off and prefer not to swim in the pool, there is an outdoor shower. Several covered terraces invite you to have a snack or eat some meat or vegetables prepared on the barbecue. The house is distributed over two floors. From the pool terrace you access a large living room with TV-SAT, wood stove, large windows that offer views of the pool and, in turn, clear views of the kitchen. It is spacious and equipped with a gas and ceramic hob, oven and all the utensils and appliances you may need to create delicious dishes. There is a toilet and a bathroom with a shower at this level and, going up the stairs, they find another with a shower and a bathtub. Upstairs are the four rooms. The first two have a double bed and direct access to a balcony. The third offers a trundle bed and the last two single beds, a bathroom with shower and direct access to a balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. We have a free cot and high chair, although if you are traveling with more babies, we can provide up to 3 cots and 3 high chairs for an additional fee. In the laundry room you have a washing machine, ironing board and iron at your disposal. The chalet, located in an urban environment, has a very quiet neighborhood. The Cala Millor area itself is a beautiful residential area that offers a wide variety of sandy beaches and coves very close by, including of course its own beach which is only 550 meters away. In Son Servera, a couple of kilometers away, you can visit the old town and visit some traditional Mallorcan food restaurants. Or golf lovers can spend the day. If one day you feel like seeing something extraordinary, the mythical Caves of Drach or the Hams are located in Portocristo. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
